Day 17 - Sweet Treats

SURPRISE!!!!!
It is snowing here today!!
On days like this I love to stay in the kitchen and bake.
I made a few family favorites.
Top is Cranberry Orange Bread.
I made this for my Bible class table tomorrow.
On the left is carmel corn ( It is made with the corn puffs.)
Then the all time favorite - Chocolate Cherry Muffins.
These are so easy to make. I will put the recipe on
the end of this post.
I really enjoy baking but
then you always have to face the music.
The dirty dishes.

Chocolate Cherry Muffins
One chocolate cake mix
One box of cherry jello. (I use sugar free)
Make the jello according to box.
When it is all dissolved with both hot and cold water
slowly add the cake mix and continue to stir.
When mixed well together pour into greased muffin cups.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
They are so moist and delicious.
They don't last long in this house.
they are so easy and good.
The recipe makes 24 muffins.
