freezing corn

6 1/2 dozen ears of corn shucked.

Raw corn removed from cob.

Equals =  6 1/2 gallons of corn, 6 cups of water, 8 sticks of butter and 6 cups of sugar. 

For 27 quart bags of delicious corn to enjoy over the "lean" months this winter.  (A quote from my sister)
