what's for dinner??

This recipe came up on my email.  I usually ignore them because I have sooooooo many recipes.  But this one, well when I saw the word lemon I had to check it out.  Sounded delish!!

So I attempted this for dinner and love how it looks like the picture.  It tasted as good as it looks.  This one goes in the keeper folder to make again.
