The Cross

I found this picture online and thought isn't this amazing!  The prayer at the end of my devotion today reminded me of this picture.

Lord Jesus, it is humbling to admit that I made your cross necessary because of my sin.  Yet my heart rejoices that you embraced that necessary cross so I could join you in heaven eternally. Amen.
