Today we headed toward Tempe to have lunch with a friend of Joel's/ They have known each other since they were three, went to college and seminary together. They discussed JCM over lunch and Jon is very excited to get this started in his church. Looks like Joel will be heading down here to do training with these AZ congregations.
We found this amazing Mexican place online. Below was our view from our table.
The food was like something we never had before. When they brought the check we both got a tamale, opened it up and there was a piece of white chocolate with pecans YUM !!
We walked around downtown Phoenix. The Suns were playing a game so checked out what was going on around the arena.
Walked back through where we ate and got a few night shots.
This water was in the middle of the court. Doesn't this look like it is pretty high? I put my camera on the curb and shot this. It really is about 3 feet.
