Joels in the kitchen

It was a beef jerky kind of day.  Joel makes this for the 3 of us - love the smell in the house after dehydrating for 9 hours, love having for a snack but not real keen on the clean up.

  1. wow, you make your jerky VERY different than I do!! Yours looks a bit like sausage...I slice a roast in thin slices, marinate it then dehydrate it. I have never seen a contraption like that!
