PROJECT 365 - week 22

Had a fun week - got some great family time with my mom and sister too. We have a lot to look forward to next week - baseball playoffs start on Tuesday. The one is you gotta keep winning to keep playing. We need four wins in the next week and it is off to state. And my baby had his last day of school on Friday. What a feeling in my stomach to think he is a senior. Did I say it is not a good feeling either. He came home from school and I told him this his reaction is "YES - I am a senior."

SUNDAY - Got some planting done today.

MONDAY -

I love these two. They were looking for a good deal on Brewer tickets from Stub Hub.

TUESDAY - I have no picture today.

WEDNESDAY -

My Mom, sister and myself went to a Taste of Home cooking school. We had samples to try before the show, lots of vendors, and a great goodie bag. We were first in line so got great seats.

Check out Taste of Home and see if there will be one in your area. If you love to cook you will love this.

THURSDAY -

Got to take my niece to her last day of school roller skating party. The funny part is I skated there every Friday (in 7th and 8th grade) from 4-6 for only $1. The only change is the red shag carpet is off the walls.

FRIDAY -

We have a Mystery Dinner Club with our neighbors. It was their turn, they picked us up and you have no idea where you will go. They took us about an hour away to this fun place that look like a river boat. What a seafood meal we had too. We have quite the challenge to beat this.

SATURDAY -

My brother's family came home this weekend. We ran home for a little while. These cousins crack me up sometimes.

  4. I used to own that same couch (the one in the last picture)! The mystery dinner club sounds like a lot of fun. My son has playoffs on Tuesday too. They barely squeaked in and are the underdogs. Don't tell him I told you, but I don't expect them to last very long :(

  6. What a fun week! Being able to spend time with family is always a blessing. I'm going to have to check out the cooking school! That would be a fun thing to do while we're stateside if there's one near us :) Seafood! One of the things I hope to get plenty of while we're here! Being land-locked in Argentina means most seafood is beyond our budget so I plan to eat my fill these next few months :)
