I am a contact lens person. Usually leave them in until I go to bed and put them in right away in the morning. I do have a pair of glasses I might wear right before going to bed.. They were 5 or 6 years old and the arm broke. I have a friend who manages an optical office. She said would be able to fix them. She came over with a new pair of glasses for me. My old lenses fit these. They were in the reject box because one screw was the wrong color. Thanks so much Julie !!!!!!
love the simplicity of this picture and it looks so clean (lack for a better word)
ReplyDeleteI used to wear contacts, but my eyes are too dry now. Lucky you to have a friend to help you out!
ReplyDeleteI can't wear contacts.....sometimes that is frustrating to me, like when I have to change my glasses for my prescription sunglasses. but most of the time I'm ok with it!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great friend! I wish I could wear contacts. I'm tired of glasses but the doc says I can't wear contact lenses. Oh well, there are worse things in life. I love the new look of your blog.
ReplyDeleteGreat blessing from God to have a sweet friend like that!
ReplyDeleteI used to be just like you - I would tell my husband that I couldn't wake up until I put my "eyes" in. But then I had lasik surgery almost five years ago & transformed my life! I had VERY bad vision (if you held you hand within about a foot of my face I could probably tell it was a hand), but now I can see without glasses or contacts. Although I'll need reading glasses soon :(
ReplyDeleteWhat a friend!
