Hey, Steve fried two turkeys for our open house too! We tried out some new marinade that we injected in....buffalo in one and italian in the other......both were delicious!!!
My brother deep-fried a turkey for our Thanksgiving dinner a few years ago, it was really good. Love the picture of you guys watching TV under the blankets. Looks like my hubby and me. Only now I have a Snuggie!
Wow, this is really interesting. Are the instructions online? I've never heard of deep frying a turkey. In South Africa the tradition is more barbeques around the pool in our hot weather. Steaks, farm sausage, lamb chops.... delicous!

ReplyDeleteI haven't had this but I heard it was good. Nice tradition!
